3. Submit logo of your organization in professional file format (PDF, EPS, AI, CDR). Note: JPEG format may result in low quality printing
4. Submit contact details and quotes for your calendar
5. Please submit the required calendar dates (e.g. National & NSW public holidays, school terms)
6. Please submit your colour preference
